As a certified mental strength coach with a degree from the University of Salzburg, Sports Science department, I have completed extensive training in areas such as psychology, goal setting, and communication. I am also a certified psychological advisor and committed to ongoing professional development. Additionally I am working with systemic constellation methods to enhance my spectrum.
Ten years ago I decided to change things in my life. I packed my back bag and went six months to South America. With almost no knowledge of Spanish, alone and no real plan I felt this urge in my soul to travel all my life. Living in another country was my dream as long as I can remember.
I discovered the beauty and love for Argentina as much as I found my true self in those six months. It undeniably changed my approach to life. So again back in South America only three years later I decided to go back to university to study mental strength coaching, It was again a gut decision but following a journey of curiosity and the urge to keep learning and growing.
It is 10 years since I decided to listen to my heart - and now I am living my dream life in South of Spain, I am still growing every day, struggling and smiling a lot - and overall I am simply grateful for my courage and all the challenges that made me who I am today.
In 2024 I am adding systemic constellation work to my skillset as I am convinced about the need for mental, physical & emotional connection.
